As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to head our accounting team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage full cycle Accounting on Sage
- A/P Reconciliation's / Journal Entries
- A/R Statements & Collections
- GST Returns & Government Reporting including T5018
- Bank Reconciliation's
- Year End completion including auditing
- Preparing EFT & Cheque payment runs 15th & 30th of each month
- Employee expenses
- Visa payments, coding etc
- Assist with Payroll
- Project cost monitoring & monthly Work in Progress
- Quarterly Bank & Bonding Reporting
- Inter-Company reconciliation
- Analyze financial information and respond to Management inquiries
- Credit Application completion

**This role has data entry support

**Qualifications**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Sage Accounting Software

- Experience with Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Organizational and time management skill - multi-tasking
- Construction industry experience is an asset
- Minimum 5 years Accounting experience
- Salary Based on Experience & Qualifications
