**Account Manager/Sales**

**Job Overview**

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining, expanding and acquiring corporate accounts locally, nationally and internationally. This position involves increasing company revenue by generating sales from existing and new customer accounts.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Serve as a single point of contact for accounts: manage all steps of the sales cycle: prospect, connect qualify, present, overcome objectives, close deals, and follow up

Keep records of sales calls, customer contacts and details of meetings in a timely manner

Exhibit eagerness for contributing beyond the immediate duties

Proven experience in organizing sales calls and schedules, and evidence of detailed reporting is required

Develop and maintain relationships with customer accounts

**Knowledge and Skills**

Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals and delivering solutions

Strong verbal and written skills

Excellent time management skills

Creative and innovative thinking

Sound judgement and decision making

Planning and organizing skills

Accountable and dependable

Ability to make sales deals with executive level prospects

Experience with MS office products

**Qualifications**

Minimum 5 years sales experience in the OIL & GAS Sector/selling services

Willingness to travel, primarily in Alberta

Valid driver’s license
