- **Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CAT/Wirtgen Mill Operator, Pulverizer or Reclaimer Operator considered**:

- **Knowledge of heavy equipment operations and site activities**:

- **Demonstrates ability to operate the Mill with Grade Control and Mechanical knowledge**:

- **Responsible for equipment checks, daily servicing/maintenance and informing mechanics of mechanical problems**:

- **Valid Class 5 driver’s license**:

- **Willing to work out of town**:

- **CSTS considered an asset**:
Reports unsafe work, unsafe conditions, incidents, injuries and near misses to supervisor and participates in the investigative process

Attends and participates in toolbox and safety committee meetings as scheduled

Comply with established company policies and procedures and Occupational Health and Safety regulations

Self-motivating and able to complete tasks with mínimal supervision

Thorough understanding of construction procedures and safety practices

Must have own transportation

Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with mínimal supervision

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people

Strong work ethic with demonstrated dedication and reliability

Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities

Must be able to work as a member of a greater team

Must be available to work long hours including evenings and weekends during the work season

Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Must have CSA approved safety boots

**Education**:
High school diploma or GED, a combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional education or work experience considered an asset

**Salary**: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
