We are on the search for talented staff to contribute to the growth and success of our unique offering of authentic foods. As a member of our team you will enjoy a family oriented environment that will provide meaningful work and opportunities to learn. We are currently looking for full time permanent Caterer to perform the following duties within our **Food Prep/Catering Clerk.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook various items for prepared meals, catering and A La Carte counter.
- Prepare items on the catering menu ( including catering platters, hot and cold prepared meals), in a timely fashion in order to meet deadlines
- Assist with preparing hot foods for the hot food counter.
- Required to serve customers various items from hot food counter
- Prepare salads & sandwiches for cold food bunkers as needed
- Take customer orders as needed
- .Must be able to work Sundays
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$20.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
