Bath Fitter will arm you with the skills to be prepared for the unexpected and you will be the "go-to" when our Managers need support. You will also be a key player in contributing to increased employee engagement, promoting positive culture while fueling business results.

**What can I expect in this role?**
- You will be fully trained as a Branch Manager and begin developing the skills needed to promote into a lead management role.
- You will support in various capacities such as projects, training new employees, closing commercial contracts and providing feedback on new training or projects.
- You may temporarily serve in the capacity as a Branch Manager and may be chosen to fill the open Branch Manager role within your region.

**What does travel look like for me?**

**This role will include 40-50% travel to our US & CAN locations in Mississauga, Scarborough, Kitchener, Hamilton, ON; St. Eustache, QC, Vancouver, BC and Portland, OR. **(Temporary to Permanent Relocation may be required)

**How do I know if I qualify? Do you have.**
- 3-5 years of related managerial experience and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain a US passport
