- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for videos and video packages
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, fee proposals, pitch packages, contracts, invoices and resource allocation
- Help build on-set teams for any given project, which includes hiring and choosing cast & crew
- Produce all of our projects, and 1st AD on many of our smaller sets
- Opportunity to direct certain projects
- Communicate project status updates to our clients and maintain dialogues throughout post production
- Work closely with 8Bit Motion's director on all or most projects

- Strong knowledge communication and organization skills
- Creative vision in planning and storyboarding commercials and music videos
- Excellent leadership skills in managing out on set teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience in project development, and working with our clients' needs
- Ability to write pitch packages, storyboards, contracts, invoices and more
- Familiarity with NLE/Editing Software

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Film Production
- Experience in Producing, 1st Assistant Directing, Directing

If you are a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong background in project management & film production, we want to hear from you. The hours can vary week to week, with certain project heavy weeks being weighted with more hours, versus quiteter weeks which generally include more internal work. On-set hours are billed as overtime hours at a higher rate than off-set hours.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
- Film Production: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
