**mdf commerce Inc **. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Technician to join our Finance team.

**What will your main responsibilities look like?**

In this role, you will be led to:

- Receive, verify, process and pay all documents justifying payment from mdf commerce and its subsidiaries;
- Maintain various supplier files;
- Receive, verify, process and ensure reimbursement of personnel expense accounts;
- Prepare brief reports on the follow-up of accounts payable;
- Redistribute expenses to the various subsidiaries.

You will need to:

- Be dynamic and have good interpersonal skills;
- Be meticulous and precise in your work;
- Be adaptable in a changing environment;
- Be highly organized;
- Be able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner;
- Possess excellent oral and written French and English language skills, due to frequent interactions with English and French-speaking internal and external colleagues and partners across Canada (and elsewhere if applicable);
- Be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Have experience in a multi-company environment (intercos CAD & USD);
- Hold a DEC in administration / DEP in accounting;
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Business Central would be considered an asset that would set you apart.
