We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager with a passion for the Climate Control in the Construction/Rental Industry. **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve our business goals and objectives.
- Leading and managing a diverse team of professionals, including sales, operations, customer service, and technical staff.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Implementing and maintaining safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure a team-based approach to problem solving.
**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
- Qualifications and Requirements:_
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations leadership role in the rental Climate Control industry.
- A strong knowledge of the heat industry, including products, services, regulations, and best practices.
- Post-secondary education an asset.
- A demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid Class G Driver's license with satisfactory abstract.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: $105,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
