**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance and Garbage Technician to join our team. This role involves overseeing the maintenance work of apartment buildings, ensuring garbage rooms are orderly, and handling garbage management tasks. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance**:

- Deliver notices to residents as needed.
- Open doors for contractors, pest control, and other service providers.
- Perform light repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the buildings.
- Assist superintendents when required.

**Garbage Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness and order in garbage rooms.
- Replace bins when full.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and break down boxes.
- Manage garbage removal on designated garbage days.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy bins and garbage bags.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.

**Required**:

- Cellphone with data to contact management.
- Steel toe shoes.
- Vehicle.
- Ability to work 5 days a week (may be asked to work weekends).
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to take on physically demanding work.
