**Responsibilities**:

- ** Transmission Diagnostics and Repairs**: Accurately diagnose and repair issues in automatic transmissions.**
- ** Comprehensive Vehicle Maintenance**: Perform maintenance and repairs across various vehicle systems, including engine, electrical, and HVAC.**
- ** Customer Communication**: Effectively communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.**
- ** Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all services and repairs performed.**
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations.**

**Qualifications**:

- ** Journeyman Status or Equivalent Experience**: Certification as a Journeyman Technician or substantial experience in automotive repair.**
- ** Transmission Expertise**: Proven ability to diagnose and repair both manual and automatic transmissions.**
- ** Valid Driver's License**: Must possess a valid driver's license.**
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues with a "fix it right the first time" approach.**
