**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Local Market Strategy:
Develop and execute localized marketing strategies for their region targeting key markets, demographics, and golfing communities. Focus on promoting both PXG golf clubs and apparel through a mix of in-store activations, community engagement, and digital outreach.
- Product Launches & Campaigns:
Coordinate regional marketing efforts with marketing and sales for new product launches, including golf clubs and apparel. Work closely with the INTL marketing team to align messaging and timing of campaigns, ensuring the regional market receives tailored and impactful initiatives.
- Retail Support (Golf Clubs & Apparel):
Partner with PXG hubs and authorized dealers to support in-store marketing efforts. Develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance the customer experience for both golf clubs and apparel.
- Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships:
Build strategic relationships with local golf clubs, influencers, and event organizers. Identify opportunities for regional sponsorships and partnerships that showcase PXG’s club technology and apparel collections to targeted audiences.
- Event Planning & Execution:
Plan, manage, and execute local events, including product demos, fitting days, tournaments, and fashion showcases for apparel. Ensure the seamless integration of golf clubs and apparel at these events, highlighting PXG’s full product range.
- Influencer & Ambassador Engagement:
Identify and collaborate with local golf influencers, athletes and brand ambassadors who can authentically represent both PXG’s club technology and apparel in key Canadian markets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with PXG’s corporate marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to promoting both clubs and apparel. Share insights from the Western Canada market to inform national strategies and product development.
- Customer Engagement:
Engage directly with customers at events, in-store, and online to drive loyalty, educate on PXG’s golf club technology and apparel offerings, and provide personalized experiences that highlight PXG’s premium status.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Align with INTL marketing manager to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives for both clubs and apparel. Use data to adjust strategies as needed, ensuring continuous improvement in performance and ROI.
- Budget Management:
Work within regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources across golf clubs and apparel marketing initiatives.
- Social Media Management
Create post and manage engaging and brand compliant content across various social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. Assist in creating region-specific social content to supplement existing content from the U.S. team (events, holidays, etc.). Engage with followers, respond to all comments and messages, and foster a strong community presence across all social media platforms.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in regional or local marketing, with specific experience in the golf industry, luxury brands, or sports apparel.
- Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns that span product categories, particularly combining performance products (golf clubs) with lifestyle or fashion categories (apparel).

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Deep understanding of golf culture and consumer behavior in the Canadian market.
- Proven ability to develop and execute local marketing strategies across diverse product lines.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead events and multi-channel campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in working with influencers, golf clubs, and retail partners.
- Experience working with data to track campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results.

**Other Requirements**:
Willingness to travel regionally for events, store visits, and meetings.
