**Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make an Impact**:

- Install, assemble, and sub assemble aircraft systems, parts, and components based on provided technical data and Client/Aircraft manufacturer instructions.
- Use templates and Engineering Service drawings or materials from the Methods Department to position components accurately.
- Adjust techniques for different assembly types using manual or automated tools for large and small components.
- Construct metal and/or composite parts per client specifications, ensuring proper installation of fasteners, hole drilling, and using appropriate assembly products.
- Inspect installed units to ensure compliance with technical specifications, install necessary fasteners, and maintain quality standards, following health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

**Qualities & Skills - What Sets You Apart**:

- Minimum 3 years of Aeronautics assembly experience.
- Vocational diploma in aeronautical structure assembly or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings.
- Dexterous with keen attention to detail and quick problem-solving skills.
