Dépasser les normes de qualité et faire preuve de flexibilité dans chaque fibre; Participer à la croissance et à l’amélioration continue; Exécuter le plan d’affaires; et Améliorer l’efficacité grâce à l’optimisation des processus et à l’innovation

Responsabilités générales:

- Offrir de la formation aux travailleurs moins expérimentés
- Prêt à travailler occasionnellement en surtemps pendant la semaine de travail au besoin.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.
- Participer aux programmes de formation offerts par l’entreprise.
- Communiquer avec les collègues et les superviseurs d’une manière claire et professionnelle.
- S’acquitter d’autres tâches assignées par le superviseur.

Responsabilités de l'ébéniste:

- Lire le bon de travail et faire le travail de réparation/ébénisterie/assemblage en conséquence
- Alimenter le banc de scie ou shaper en y amenant les portes à l’aide de la ventouse
- Effectuer les tâches requises sur la porte
- Vérifier la qualité des opérations
- Remplir les documents requis au niveau de la qualité (FAI)
- Manutentionner les portes au besoin
- Suivre les procédures de sécurité et de processus
- Autres tâches assignées par le superviseur ou la direction

Connaissances/compétences/capacités:

- Expérience antérieure de travail dans un milieu manufacturier
- Capacité à lire le ruban à mesurer, vernier et instructions de travail
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement et respectueusement avec l'équipe, les clients internes et les clients externes.
- Travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision
- Apte à bien travailler en équipe
- Doit avoir une grande attention aux détails
