**Job Information and Responsibilities**

Under the direction of the Manager, Maintenance and Operations, the Painter will:

- Prepare surfaces for painting.
- Repairs plaster.
- Paints or finishes all internal and external surfaces as required.

**Experience and Education Requirements**

To be the successful Painter you will have:

- Certified Painting Tradesperson.
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience**.**:

- Ability to work in a team environment**, **communicate effectively and work with customers in a positive manner.
