Job Overview:
Dr. Matthew Sawchuk and Associates is seeking a full time dental receptionist to join our team. We are a busy, fast paced dental office with two doctors and 4 hygienists. Dental office administration an asset but not necessary. Pay will be based on experience in the dental industry.
Duties will include but not limited to the following;
Greeting and interacting with patients
Answering phones and fielding questions, booking appointments, etc..
Confirming already scheduled appointments
Assist with administrative duties
When necessary, processing patients, insurance claims and collecting fees charged in the office day of treatment
Working with Hygiene recall system
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
**Benefits**:

Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kingston, ON K7P 2X4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
