**What you'll do**

The Production Coordinator will support the Product Manager in developing products for the Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories Department within the Owned Brand Division, ensuring that products meet our customers’ needs. This role demands constant communication with our cross-functional teams including the Design, Technical Development, Merchants, Sourcing, Brand, and Vendor partners, throughout all stages of the product development cycle.
- Support in creating seasonal collections throughout the various stages including internal strategy, inspiration, development, merch sell-in, and production
- Approve fabric, material colours, trims, packaging and labelling in a timely manner at every point of the Seasonal Calendar
- Maintain and organize product samples, material and trims libraries including receiving/sending packages
- Handover incoming samples to our Technical development team and assist in taking notes during fit and quality meetings
- Support in entering product details into the PLM system
- Assist in preparing for assortment planning meetings including sample order management
- Work with the Merchandising team to ensure accurate product submissions and quotes before placing final purchase orders with the vendors
- Coordinate with the QA and Ethical sourcing departments to uphold product integrity
- Visit stores regularly to review final in-store products, assist in competitive market analysis, and trend research

**What you bring**
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- A Degree or Diploma in Fashion Management/Business/Communication, Apparel and Footwear Design, Product Development, Buying, Merchandising, or equivalent industry training is an asset
- Strong understanding of the Product Lifecycle and use of a PLM software is an asset
- Knowledge of International and/or domestic production is preferred
- Experience in Retail and Customer service is ideal
- Ability to lift packages up to 25lbs
