**JOB SUMMARY**:
The team here at Copper Point work together each day to create an unforgettable, picture-perfect experience for our guests. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you are the key to assuring a clean and comfortable stay for our guests.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Inspect and touch up rooms cleaned by Housekeepers and report back any trending issues.
- Set rooms up with extra amenities for purchase.
- Observe and report any maintenance repairs needed.
- Return Lost and Found items to the housekeeping office.
- Abide by all resort safety procedures to always ensure safety of both staff and guests.
- Ensure all rooms and suites are cleaned as soon as they become vacant and ensure a quick turnaround.
- Communicate effectively with the Front Office Manager and Front Desk Team to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Knowledge in and passion for the customer service industry.
- Strong attention to details and a love of cleanliness.
- Energetic, flexible, reliable, hands-on individual with initiative and integrity.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Friendly and pleasant demeanor, courteous, self-motivated, and professional.
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision, independently and as part of a team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping is considered a strong asset.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time.
- Must be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals; proper use training will be provided.
- Must be able to work weekends.
