**About the Role**:
As a **Safety Solutions Ambassador** at Colossus Security, you’ll be the trusted guide who connects our life-saving security systems with those who need them most. You’ll dive deep into understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions that provide peace of mind, and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and collaboration. This role is all about making meaningful connections and helping businesses feel safe and secure.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Build Relationships**: Engage with small and medium-sized businesses, understand their security needs, and offer solutions that make them feel secure.
- **Nurture Client Connections**: Cultivate and maintain long-lasting partnerships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and safety.
- **Promote Our Solutions**: Introduce the latest innovations from Colossus Security, helping clients stay ahead of potential risks.
- **Manage Your Pipeline**: Keep track of your activities, follow up on leads, and manage your sales pipeline with care and precision.
- **Design Customized Solutions**: Collaborate with clients to design security systems that perfectly match their needs.
- **Champion Our Brand**: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to spread the word about Colossus Security and our mission.
- **Collaborate and Communicate**: Work closely with clients, installation teams, and internal staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep up with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive strategies to offer the best solutions.
- **Contribute to Our Growth**: Leverage your social media skills to share our story and connect with potential clients online.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience with a focus on relationship-building and client care.
- College/university degree and/or 2+ years of outside sales experience.
- Strong ability to connect with others, listen actively, and offer thoughtful solutions.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
- Technical savvy with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Excellent time management, personal goal setting, and a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
