**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents, and maintaining files.
- **Client Project Assistance**: Support senior HR consultants on client projects by preparing templates, conducting research, and compiling reports.
- **Onboarding**: Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring all client-specific documents and protocols are in place for new hires.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of client projects and employee information in our HRIS (Humi) and project management systems (Zoho).
- **Policy Development Support**: Assist in drafting, formatting, and reviewing HR policies, handbooks, and manuals for client projects.
- **Employee Relations Support**: Help handle initial inquiries and maintain records of employee relations cases under supervision.
- **Project Research**: Conduct research on industry best practices and HR trends to assist the consulting team in offering tailored client solutions.
- **Additional Tasks**: Undertake ad hoc projects and provide general administrative support as required.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Previous internship or administrative experience in an HR or business environment preferred but not required.
- **Valid Drivers License**: This role requires occasional travel to client sites, that may not be accessible via public transportation.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with HRIS (e.g., Humi) and project management tools (e.g., Zoho); training provided
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn continuously and proactively develop HR skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
