**The Comfort Inn is looking to hire a team member for a Part Time Front Desk position.**
**Must be COVID 19 Vaccinated. Shifts are 7am
- 3pm. Training on 3-11pm shift is required.**

We are looking for somebody who is reliable and has a positive attitude, with a flexible schedule. If you are a quick learner, who has good computer skills and a knack for customer service we’d like to meet you. Hotel experience is preferred. Must be available to work on weekends.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Run all hotel reports.

Must be willing to train on all hotel shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.86-$18.87 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
