Crew Member

Booster Juice Beaumont is currently seeking energetic individuals available on weekends and on-call, who are passionate about customer service and believe in the power of recognition and empowerment for excellent employee engagement. **This individual must have**:
the flexibility to work rotational shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. They should be seeking long-term employment.

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Welcoming and connecting with every customer, understanding their needs, and assisting with menu selection.
- Presenting oneself professionally and demonstrating clear communication skills.
- Ensuring timely preparation and serving of all menu items according to corporate standards.
- Maintaining consistent, high-quality, efficient service during peak times.
- Following store policy and Booster Juice procedures for operational flow at each station.
- Ringing in orders as necessary into the point of sale system, following cash handling procedures and cash register policies, and adhering to inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
- Maintaining personal and outlet appearance, wearing the proper uniform, and keeping hair tied or covered.
- Contributing to store goals for increasing sales and improveizing profits, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Following Booster Juice standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing products.
- Keeping customer and service areas, prep table, coolers & freezers, back store, and washroom clean and organized.

**Applicants MUST HAVE**:

- Reliability, consistent attendance, and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the Manager and other staff.
- Quick learning ability and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to work alone as well with in a team, self-motivation.
- Maintaining a positive work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, outgoing and friendly personality.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs,and complete tasks accurately, while seeing the bigger picture and staying engaged.

- The hours do not match or they do not have previous experience in cash handling (cashier), barista, customer service, or crew member work.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
