**Job Title: Processing Specialist**

**Position Summary**

A processing specialist is responsible for filling or icing the doughnuts, as well as packing the product for sale.

**Responsibilities**

- Perform processing tasks: divide and weigh frostings and pads, obtain ideal temperatures for icing, inspect and remove imperfect doughnuts, garnish, ice and decorate doughnuts to product specifications, supply and alternate displays to ensure freshness and compliance with standards.
- Maintain processing equipment in accordance with standards.
- Receive merchandise, alternate food products and retail stocks to ensure freshness of products.
- Maintain doughnut displays and racks and ensure compliance with freshness standards.

**Produit**:

- Effectuer les tâches de transformation : diviser et peser les glaçages et les coussinets, obtenir les températures idéales pour le glaçage, inspecter et retirer les beignets imparfaits, garnir, glacer et décorer les beignets selon les spécifications du produit, fournir et alterner les présentoirs pour assurer la fraîcheur et le respect des normes.
- Entretenir les équipements de transformation conformément aux normes.
- Recevoir la marchandise, les produits alimentaires alternatifs et les stocks de détail pour assurer la fraîcheur des produits.
- Entretenir les présentoirs et les présentoirs à beignets et assurer le respect des normes de fraîcheur.

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
