**Overview**:
We are seeking an organized and dynamic **Integrated Marketing Manager** to join our Marketing team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for our omni-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating major launches and activations across multiple touchpoints, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing materials and successful go-to-market launches. You will play a critical role in pulling together strategic plans, managing marketing calendars, and mobilizing teams to achieve our marketing goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate omni-channel marketing campaigns, launches, and activations in Direct and Indirect channels, across both digital and traditional media.
- Oversee the development and deployment of onboard marketing materials and digital screens.
- Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Strategy, Creative, Sales, Trade Marketing, Acquisition, Web, Commercial) to develop cohesive marketing strategies, coordinate marketing materials, and ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns.
- Coordinate the briefing, prioritization, creation, approval, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they’re delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Develop and manage timelines to ensure all activities are completed on schedule.
- Plan and manage marketing calendars with inputs from various teams, planning activities well in advance and mobilizing teams to project manage their execution.
- Provide actionable insights and continuously improve integrated marketing processes for deeper collaboration, better coordination, and increased marketing effectiveness.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated ability in integrated marketing, campaign/project management, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in B2C and B2B marketing is a major asset.
- Understanding of various marketing channels and tactics, both digital and traditional.
- Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Base salary of $75,000-$85,000 plus annual bonus.
