We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Lottery Management Services to join our team within our Winnipeg Office. As the Director of Lottery Management Services (LMS), you’ll oversee on-site lottery operations, driving growth with our lottery customers. This pivotal role involves managing warehousing, distribution, telemarketing, order fulfillment, staffing, and other services crucial to retail instant ticket sales.

Collaborating closely with our sales team is key to boosting software sales and Lottery Management Services. As the Subject Matter Expert, you’ll implement best practices and guide strategic initiatives. Your close work with lottery clients ensures service delivery excellence, actively contributing to strategic initiatives such as retailer management and optimizing instant ticket sales.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide leadership and oversight of Pollard’s Arizona operational staff, including sales and service staff, Telsell reps, warehouse staff, and staff supplied to the lottery.
- Primary point of contact for the lottery for a wide range of related topics - from strategic planning to problem resolution and overall service delivery.
- Implement strategies to improve service and help drive sales for lottery customers.
- Fiscal responsibility for the Arizona warehouse and distribution facility, staff, and associated costs.
- Collaborate with software product teams to help improve product features that can help deliver value to customers and Pollard’s lottery operations.

**Who You Are**
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes the initiative with mínimal supervision, along with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization in a collaborative team environment.
- Able to deliver strategic direction and to build strong relationships with teams, customers and stakeholders.
- Great communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A resourceful problem-solver with the ability to use logic and critical thinking skills to plan for and investigate issues proactively.
- Have excellent fiscal and staff performance management skills.
- Possess a great understanding of the importance of security to the operations, particularly in handling lottery inventory

**What You’ll Bring**
- Post-secondary degree preferably in a business-related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 10+ years of business operations experience in highly regulated industries overseeing distribution operations.
- 5+ years experience in people leadership
- Experience and knowledge in Lottery operations and a deep understanding of instant ticket sales and related warehousing, distribution, and retailer management processes to help optimize and drive sales is a strong asset.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and ability to influence decision-making.
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking.
