- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of server technologies and database management systems
- Familiarity with Visio for data visualization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills using PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools, MS Office Suite, technical writing, and business analysis presentation skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
