We are looking to add a team member to our Farm Department, working from our Peterborough, Omemee or Lakefield offices.

The successful applicant will have roots in the agriculture community, and a drive to provide professional service to our existing Farm clients. This career opportunity will include paid training and licensing with the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario.

Working directly with a senior member of our team you will assist them with their workload including making policy changes, speaking with insurance companies and doing background work as required.

Qualifications:

- You know a lot about farming, the people in the community, and the unique challenges they face
- You want to make a career change and are willing to dive into the training required to earn your professional RIBO designation
- You have experience providing customer service, and working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- You are a great co-worker, who can work as a part of a team, and you have a positive attitude
- You have excellent communication skills with clients, co-workers and management
