The **Pension Education Specialist is** integral to the success of the **Pension Education** team and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy.

The Pension Education Specialist will be responsible for supporting the growth of the plan by enhancing new member and stakeholder groups’ understanding of the features and value of DBplus and the CAAT pension by delivering energetic, engaging member and stakeholder group information sessions online and off site.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
- Good analytical, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
- An understanding of DB pension plans.
- Own PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
- Fluency in French and adult learning is an asset.
- Comfortable traveling within Canada.
- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for learning and putting new concepts into practice.
- Exceptional active listening skills and an ability to take directions and act.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

**Once here you will**:

- Create, coordinate, and deliver online and on-site presentations with the Growth Education team to groups of new members of the CAAT Pension Plan.
- Action any other tasks assigned by the Team Lead and/or Director, Pension Solutions.
- Work on feedback provided with the goal of continually elevating the quality of presentations.
- Promote and market features of the Plan to wide audiences.
- Promote a general awareness of CAAT Plan joint governance structure.
- Promote, coordinate, manage and deliver in-person member and employer information sessions.
- Be in a constant growth mindset.
