Metro Infrastructure Inc offers their clients a full turn key solution from Design and Engineering to final restoration grading on a wide selection of projects across the GTA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures
- Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution, counselling, and disciplinary actions
- Administer and maintain employee benefit programs, including health insurance, and other benefits
- Assist with performance management and talent development initiatives, including coaching and career development plans
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Participate in HR projects as needed
- Assist with payroll and tracking worked hours
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
