**About the Role**

We are looking for someone who is experienced in building lasting customer relationships and is passionate about making meaningful contributions to our customers’ success. As Comm100 continues to grow and expand our business upmarket, we need an Account Manager to champion our largest customers' needs and voices. Comm100’s key mid-market to enterprise customers has global organizations distributed talent teams, and complex requirements.

As an Account Manager (AM), you will own the customer and be responsible for driving new business in our existing customer base. It is the job of the AM to ensure that those who could potentially use Comm100, are using Comm100 - this might include introducing Comm100 to their other business units or territories. In tandem, it is the AM’s responsibility to build Comm100’s footprint by introducing them to new product add-ons. The AM will need to reach out directly to the customer and build new relationships outside of our product champions to create consensus and drive new opportunities to use Comm100. This is a quota-carrying role, albeit in our post-sales organization rather than our pre-sales organization. The Account Manager will be reporting to the Vice President of Global Customer Success and works closely with our Enterprise Account Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate revenue by selling, managing, salvaging, and developing existing client relationships
- Uncover upsell opportunities within different business units, additional seats, or new products
- Navigating complex renewals & upsells through Sales cycles
- Craft churn mitigation, renewal and upsell sales strategies
- Build and execute account plans (renewals & expansion)
- Collaborate with other members of your team, primarily the Customer Success Team
- Understand customer goals and challenges to establish Comm100’s product as the best solution available
- Research prospective customers and lead strategic expansion into select mid to high-value accounts
- Perform quarterly business reviews with mid-market to enterprise clients
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota
- Interact with marketing and product teams on messaging and feature requests

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role leading customer through B2B SaaS sales cycle, preferably in an Account Management capacity (or equivalent)
- Experience selling to all management levels, including C level executives
- Technical product demo experience and the ability to sell to a technical audience
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
- A proven and successful track record selling to enterprise and strategic companies
- Effective time management, deal management, and problem-solving skills
- Positive can-do attitude with demonstrated capacity to meet and exceed quota
- Good technical acumen, knowledge of engineering culture, and the ability to relate to the customer
- Related Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Currently resides in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver

**Salary**: $75,000 - 85,000 per year

**Location**: This position is a hybrid role working out of the downtown Vancouver office 2 days a week.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
