**Job summary**:
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Test Program Manager Role along with experience in relationship enhancement with customer.
Must have experience in French language and working experience with French speaking customers.
Hands on experience in industry standard Test Management tool and ability to create reports and dashboard to present in front of customer.
Efficient working relationship with offshore counterparts.
Good experience in Insurance Domain.
Should have focus in delivery transformation leading effective QA and value add to customer.
Familiar with Agile mode of working.
Excellent communication skills (written, oral) to effectively interact & manage customer expectations.
Excellent customer rapport building skills and managing team carefully to make them 100% productive.
Ability to align customer vision and cognizant vision together.
Efficient in planning and controlling multiple test phases working with multiple stakeholders & drive the testing coordination with different stakeholders.
