**JOB DUTIES**:

- Respond to questions on social media
- Reach out to past-due clients to collect payment
- Ensure accuracy of customer accounts and recurring services/billing
- Prepare and send invoices/credits as requested
- Receive and post payments, balance and prepare deposits
- Prepare and send notices to past-due accounts, and follow-up when needed
- File material according to the established procedures
- Review credit requests carefully on a case by case basis
- Review, approve, or decline payment arrangement requests
- Review of new client orders, to ensure correct billing and accuracy in final steps of on-boarding
- Answer residential sales calls and sign up clients
- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
- Reply to general information requests with the accurate information

**QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFICIENCIES**:

- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and
French.
- Effective analytical, planning, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
- Attention to Detail
- Adaptability
- Conflict Management
