As a Hot Tub Service & Delivery Specialist at Mario’s Pool & Spa you will be a key team member maintaining the operation of our hot tub repair and hot tub delivery operations alongside Senior team members. This includes, but is not limited to delivering spas, using multimeters to diagnose electrical issues and plumbing. Training will be provided.

Additionally, you will be responsible for putting together pool packages in our warehouse and verifying their contents for accuracy prior to customer pickup.

An ideal Warehouse & Delivery Specialist is a hard woking individual with the desire to do a physically demanding and rewarding job. Additionally, has a great personality and is easy to get along with.

Communicating with customers in an effective and professional manner is extremely important to success in the role.
- **This position is full time, seasonal, with weekends. (Saturdays 9AM-3PM)**_

Mainly working in the warehouse and on the road at delivery locations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Helping clients to load products into vehicle.
- Accurately assembling pool packages in the warehouse for client pickup.
- Verifying package contents prior to loading into the client's vehicle.
- Cleaning and organizing the warehouse/showroom as needed.
- Must be able to handle heavy lifting (up to 80lbs).
- Assist in delivering hot tubs to clients homes
- Diagnose and repair hot tubs

**Skill Requirements**:

- High School diploma
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Any pool or spa knowledge would be an asset, training will be provided
- Ability to operate and move objects with a pallet jack / hand truck.
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in hot weather (outdoors/indoors)
- Ability to operate a forklift/skid steer would be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
