**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the Web3 space
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Identify and contact key opinion leaders (KOL) and influencers within the Web3 community to establish partnerships and promote our brand
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Web3 industry, ensuring our marketing efforts remain innovative and relevant.
- Support the marketing team in various administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in and basic knowledge of Web3 technologies, such as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, etc. (prior experience in the Web3 industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and KOLs
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all marketing activities
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies, including content marketing, social media marketing, and influencer marketing
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, keeping up with the ever-evolving Web3 industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
