**General information**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform necessary operations required to make repairs to all types of transformers and associated auxiliary equipment.-
- Perform all operations required to make the necessary repairs such as: Complete HSE, Quality and Operations documents as required.-
- Assist in the incoming inspection and disassembly of the unit.-
- Assist in the reassembly of the active part as per the assembly drawings and pictures.-
- Make the necessary connections (i.e., braze, crimp, bolt etc.) as required-
- Assist in preparing the active part for the dry-out process-
- Remove active part from oven, perform a final inspection, tighten and re-tank-
- Assemble the unit and prepare it for Final Test-
- Prepare the unit for shipment Perform other related duties as assigned**Qualifications**:
- Preferably a college certificate from a technical program or Grade 12 secondary schooling with 3 years manufacturing experience.-
- Must have a good background and knowledge of manufacturing operations.-
