- Listen observe and communicate any concerns or changes in the client’s physical, emotional or environmental conditions to Madison Village.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in maintenance
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful and courteous manner
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and TB Test (within 6 months) as a condition of employment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
