**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- As part of the BSG consolidation team, coordinate and help oversee the monthly and quarterly system consolidation processes;
- Provide end user support during close process;
- Act as a liaison between the various OneStream user groups (Corporate consolidations, regional platform consolidations/accounting and Corporate IT);
- Perform business analysis functions including requirements gathering, documentation, process design, functional and technical specifications development, testing and training activities;

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment;
- Ability to understand complex finance organization;
- Solid analytical abilities, combined with being detail oriented;
- Solid technical skills related to financial systems;
- Highly skilled at analyzing and solving system related problems/issues; must enjoy working with systems and software;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop and maintain relationships across different teams in different geographical locations;
- Strong communication skills.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology;
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of progressive work experience with financial systems;
- Advanced Excel knowledge;
- Experience with consolidation or reporting systems (OneStream, IBM Cognos Controller, Hyperion Financial Management;
- Experience with accounting close processes is considered an asset;
- Accounting designation is considered an asset;
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) is considered an asset.
