**ABOUT YOU**:
Pacific Fertility is hiring a **part-time Dispensary Associate** for our Burnaby office. This position will primarily work weekends, Saturday and Sunday and holidays.

The Dispensary Associate works as part of an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of the Dispensing Physician to provide the highest standard in patient care.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintains patient confidentiality and follows all practices consistent with relevant federal and provincial privacy legislation
- Performs computer functions as directed by the Dispensing Physician
- Maintains inventory control with weekly spot checks and monthly inventory count
- General housekeeping & stocking
- Enters patient insurance data for adjudicating prescription claims
- Ships pharmaceuticals
- Oversee satellite patients for non-PCRM clinics

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Minimum of one (1) year Dispensing experience required
- Pharmacy Assistant certification an asset
- Demonstrated competency in computer programs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - serving patients with compassion and dedication.
- Personal accountability and honesty
- Excellent English skills, both written and oral
