**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are looking for a meticulous, organizational wizard to join our team as a full-time Executive Assistant Reporting directly to the Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Regional Director and Senior Leadership team in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality
- Aid the Regional Director coordinating key team functions, driving team reporting, contributing to projects and events aligned with business strategies.
- Support the team with various programs and initiatives.
- Interact with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and stakeholders.
- Network and maintain positive connections.
- Contribute to business success.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to produce compelling product content.
- Additional accounting duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing administrative support to Executives.
- Strong project coordination experience
- Exceptional computer skills encompassing MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Possess a polished, professional communication style with exceptional writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adept at building strong rapport with stakeholders.
- Embrace a team player mentality, fostering collaboration and cooperation.
- Proficient in multitasking, adeptly managing priorities, and meeting deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- A delightful sense of humor that adds to a positive work environment.
- Capable of reacting swiftly while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Keen interest and familiarity with social media platforms
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely organized, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable team player, while also capable of working independently.
- Takes initiative and has a strong sense of accountability.
- Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
