**Trucks. We have lots and they need your help.**:
We're looking for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organizing moving objects.

**What you would do**:

- Dispatching trucks. We do this strategically with a proficient computer program to get deliveries where they need to go when they need to get there.
- Make people happy by effectively prioritizing all work orders
- Data input that’s timely and accurate
- Be proactive in resolving any problems or complaints
- Meet productivity, cost, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Assist with answering phones and provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of the local area
- All other office duties as required
- Understanding the Heavy Trucking industry
- 3-5 years experience in a customer service role
- Assist with job costing
- 1-3 experience with short haul truck dispatching preferred
