- Operate the shredder and maximize its production;
- Provide the equipment necessary for production according to established standards;
- Check the approach conveyor and the double supply rollers in the chute;
- Communicate with the excavator operator;
- Cooperate with other employees when the system is blocked;
- Participate in the maintenance of the shredder;
- Operate machinery (Loader and excavator)

**Qualifications**
- Secondary V or equivalent;
- Minimum one year of experience in a related job;
- Enjoy repetitive work;
- Punctual and patient;
- Conscientious about his equipment;
- Good ability to concentrate;
- Demonstrate safe behavior;
- Basic knowledge of mechanics (an asset);
- Experience in the metal field (an asset).
