**Job Summary**:
In this role, you'll be the face of our clinic, ensuring every patient receives exceptional service from the moment they walk in. Your responsibilities will include efficiently managing appointments, handling payments and insurance billing, promoting our services, and collaborating with our team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our business's overall upkeep and maintenance, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. You'll also assist with basic retail operations in our attached skincare shop and support content creation and scheduling to engage our community and promote our services effectively. Furthermore, you'll contribute to assisting the management team in maximizing clinic performance and growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their visit.
- Efficiently manage front desk tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
- Support clinic flow and success by providing reliable administrative support, and showing attention to detail in all tasks.
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience and contribute to clinic growth through excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Maintain general upkeep and maintenance of the business, showcasing your attention to detail in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assist with basic retail operations in our skincare shop, providing product information and assisting customers with efficiency and professionalism.
- Support content creation and scheduling to engage our community and promote our services effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Contribute to assisting the management team in maximizing clinic performance and growth.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of reception/administration experience in a medical or wellness setting.
- Strong client service and communication skills.
- Previous experience with CRM/EMR programs (Jane App preferred).
- Motivated self-starter with tech proficiency and excellent time management skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
**Nice to Have**:
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Knowledge of orthopedic devices.
