As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a high performing team responsible for full cycle recruitment for branch, underwriting, and claims positions within various regions in BC. You are passionate about finding the best talent and seen as a trusted advisor by your hiring managers and the People and Performance team.

**Why we’ll love you**:

- You are a juggler You can handle multiple priorities at the same time
- Bring a minimum of two years' experience in full cycle recruitment handling a requisition load of 20-25 roles at a time
- A Degree in Human Resources, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced computer skills including experience with applicant tracking systems (Dayforce preferred), LinkedIn, and proficiency with MS Office suite

**Once here, you'll**:

- Build trusting relationships with hiring managers to understand and support their current and future hiring needs
- Complete full cycle recruitment for roles assigned to you
- Support recruitment related projects on ad hoc basis and partner with other stakeholders and HR team members cross functionally
- Assist with requisition load planning and distribution of roles to team members
- Seek out new opportunities to promote careers at Westland while still leveraging our existing job posting boards
- Attend recruitment related events locally on an ad hoc basis
