The Manager, Programs & Services oversees the frameworks for Project Management, IT Service Management, Change Management, Relationship Management, and Financial/Budgets related to IT. They are responsible for ensuring the frameworks are up to date and in alignment with various industry standards while also meeting Parkland County's needs and adding value. Additionally, they supervise and direct the daily activities of direct reports to ensure the efficient execution of their work.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Computing, or a related technology discipline.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification, Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT), Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), or other Project Management or Change Management designation would be considered an asset.
- A minimum of 8 (eight) years of experience of end-to-end IT Service Management framework implementation and operation, resulting in clear and tested Service Level Agreements based on a Service Catalog of IT and related services and products.
- Public Sector IT Service Delivery, focusing on the planning, governance, decision-support, tracking, and service assurance aspects of driving business value from investments in data and technology.
- A minimum of 5 (five) years of related experience in IT Project Management.
- Business Relationship Management moving IT service relationships from transactionally focused utility models to strategic business partner, leveraging evidence-based decision-making.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License. Upon hire, a satisfactory current Driver’s Abstract must be provided.

**The total rewards package for this position includes**:
A starting annual salary of $109,500 to $136,900 based on a 35-hour work week and option to join the Earned Day Off Program.
