Acupuncturist

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health conditions and medical histories.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles in accordance with safety protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and complementary therapies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in acupuncture techniques and practices.

**Qualifications**
- Must be a licensed Registered and in good standing with The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care principles.
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $56.00-$63.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
