**Roles and responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:Oversee and project-manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and in line with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track.
- **Marketing Support**:Leverage your basic marketing skills to pinch-hit as an editor/copywriter when needed, contributing to the creation of high-quality marketing collateral.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- **Social Content Creation**:Take ownership of basic social access to schedule content, ensuring consistent and engaging social media presence.

Craft compelling short-form content that resonates with our audience, aligning with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, community management, operations (web3 experience a huge plus)
- Detail oriented: you are a taskmaster, a great project manager, able to keep a campaign moving from ideation to execution
- Strong communicator - written and verbal.
- Good copywriter:ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts in messaging and positioning.
- Proficiency in managing basic social access, scheduling content, and crafting engaging short-form content for social media platforms.
- Genuine interest and belief in the crypto space, showcasing your passion for the industry and its potential impact

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips
