Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Milton Heights Campground is seeking an individual to work in the office of a campground. The job will be a seasonal full-time (32 to 40 hours per week) position. The position would be starting at the beginning the middle of June and end right after Labour Day weekend. We do require availability for the Labour Day weekend. Our office is open 7 days a week so shifts can range from Monday to Sunday.
- Understand that this is a seasonal summer position. This means that booking time off is not guaranteed and may not be possible.
- Have a friendly, outgoing attitude and professionalism when handling customers.
- Work on holidays and weekends as we are open year-round.
- Be comfortable with animals (we are a pet-friendly park and sometimes have cats and dogs in the office).
- Have their own vehicle to get to and from work.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers/visitors and direct them to the correct location in the campground.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as rent payments and sales of goods.
- Tasks might include assisting the outside running of the campground when there is a need, such as having shifts in the campground store during the summer months.
- Daily cleaning tasks are required to maintain an organized and clean workstation.
Tasks are not limited to the above-mentioned ones as your position could include any job that helps in the running of the campground.

3) Our campground is not located on a public transit route. Therefore, it is required that you have your own vehicle to get to work. Please include that you have your own transportation.
4) We have cats and dogs that come into the office on occasion. Please indicate that you have no allergies to pets.
