Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les départements adjacent, les partenaires et fournisseurs internes et externes pour assurer l’excellence opérationnelle afin de soutenir les solutions technologiques mises en œuvre chez les clients de détail et institutionnels partout au Canada.

**Section A - Responsabilités particulières**:

- Maintient tous les aspects des opérations requises dans le département d’étalonnage, tout ce qui concerne l’inventaire, les réparations et le réétalonnage de toutes les unités. Mettre à jour et effectuez toutes les modifications lorsque cela est nécessaire dans le système.
- Responsable de répondre aux demandes des clients en temps opportun et avec une approche axée sur la priorité client.
- Garder la base de données sur les médicaments à jour et prenez les mesures appropriées pour résoudre toute information périmée.
- Maintenir l’excellence du service en appliquant les normes de qualité et de service à la clientèle. Analyser et résoudre les problèmes de qualité. Identifier les tendances et recommander des améliorations au système lorsque requis.
- Favorise une culture de travail d’équipe. Agir sur des faits et bien exécuter les choses du premier coup avec les normes de qualité les plus élevées.
- Contribuer à l’effort d’équipe en exécutant des tâches connexes au besoin.
- Préparation et emballage des commandes d’équipements et de consommables.
- Utilisation de systèmes d’expédition automatisés et manuels (c.à-d. UPS, Purolator, Postes Canada).
- Organiser et préparer l’équipement pour le transport vers les clients ou les sites de démonstration.
- S’assurer que les documents d’expédition et de réception connexes sont dûment remplis, traités par le système ERP et transmis à la comptabilité lorsque requis.
- Fournir un soutien occasionnel au contrôle des stocks en surveillant et en conseillant sur les niveaux d’inventaire

- 2-5 ans d’expérience dans les domaines du contrôle de la qualité ou des services, expérience avec GMP est un atout.
- Connaissances en informatique et connaissances intermédiaires de la suite MS Office, y compris Excel, Word.
- Démontre un intérêt pour la technologie et l’innovation.
- Doit être en mesure de lever des charges jusqu’à 23 kilos (50 livres) et choisir les équipements appropries pour les charges plus lourdes.
- Montre un travail organisé et favorise l’excellence de l’exécution.
- Capable de travailler de façon autonome avec peu de supervision.
- Capacité de travailler entre départements pour atteindre les objectifs du département et résoudre les problèmes des clients internes et externes en temps opportun.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Calibration Department Support Clerk is responsible for calibration and logistics tasks at McKesson Canada Automation. The incumbent ensures all related activities are performed with the highest standards of quality while respecting timelines set by Management.

This position requires compliance with company policies such as yearly performance evaluations, expense reporting, time sheets and all policies set forth by the Company. Works closely with adjacent departments and internal/external partners and suppliers to ensure operational excellence to support the technology solutions implemented at retail and institutional customers across Canada.

**Section A - Specific Responsibilities**:

- Maintains all aspect of the required operations in the calibration department, everything related to inventory, repairs and recalibration of any units. Update and complete all the changes when required in the system.
- Responsible to answer all customer requests in a timely manner and with customer first
