**Receptionist**
- Part-time, temporary, contract position._

Monday thru Friday 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

**Duties**:

- Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner and maintain a clean reception area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computerized systems for various office tasks
- Following the proper procedures put in place by management

This job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

- At least two years of experience in a comparable role is required
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Able to navigate within a fast-paced environment
- **Must be reliable**

Please note, this is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension or permanent placement.
