**SERVICE MANAGER**
Myers Ottawa Nissan -located at 2164 Robertson Rd - is looking for an energetic individual to join their team as a Service Manager. **Signing bonus available for qualified applicants.**
**As the Service Manager, your responsibilities will be to**:
- Maintain a high overall customer service experience
- Ensure production and profitability of the service department including the performance of individuals.
- Ensure compliance with Nissan Canada policies and procedures by all personnel.
- Hire and oversee ongoing training of all service personnel.
- Develop and implement continuous statistical reports
- Implement ongoing strategies for service merchandising.
- Participate actively in regular dealer meetings and departmental sales and profit forecasts.
- Have effective communication skills, leadership skills and strong skills in customer relations
- Have experience working in a dealership environment
- **Bilingualism is an asset but not a pre-requisite.**:
- **Experience using ERAccess is an asset**
**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
