Ashfield Canada est à la recherche d’un directeur régional des affaires dynamique, axé sur les résultats pour se joindre à son équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous devrez:

- Diriger une équipe de vente d’envergure nationale, comprenant des représentants sur le terrain et des représentants virtuels.
- Contrôler de manière proactive l’activité et les efforts de l’équipe de vente, en veillant à ce que la qualité et la quantité des efforts de vente répondent aux attentes du client.
- Fournir un accompagnement régulier et effectuer des visites sur le terrain et des visites virtuelles avec chaque membre de l’équipe de vente afin d’assurer une gestion cohérente des performances.
- Veiller à ce que l’équipe respecte le plan d’appel et les indicateurs clés de performance (IRC) établis pour le territoire. Gérer les compétences des représentants pharmaceutiques par le biais des évaluations de rendement d’Ashfield.
- Identifier les domaines d’acquisition d’habiletés et de compétences au sein de l’équipe de vente et travailler à l’amélioration des capacités individuelles par le biais de plans et/ou de programmes d’accompagnement, de perfectionnement et de formation.
- Fournir des conseils et une rétroaction sur les compétences de vente, la connaissance des produits et la gestion du territoire.
- Procéder régulièrement à des évaluations et appréciations de rendement d’Ashfield.
- Participer à des points de services réguliers avec le client ou les diriger afin de fournir des mises à jour sur l’état des performances, des activités, du développement des compétences et des perspectives, y compris les examens opérationnels mensuels et trimestriels.
- Recruter, interviewer et former les nouvelles recrues de l’équipe, le cas échéant.
- Contribuer à l’élaboration d’une stratégie d’optimisation du programme.
- Déterminer et gérer le régime de primes de l’équipe.
- Collaborer de manière interfonctionnelle avec les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Diriger et soutenir la mise en œuvre cohérente de diverses initiatives de l’entreprise.

Profil:

- Baccalauréat requis (de préférence en administration ou en sciences).
- Plus de 3 ans d’expérience dans la vente de produits pharmaceutiques ou dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, notamment dans le domaine du marketing, de la formation ou de l’analyse.
- Au moins une année d’expérience confirmée dans la gestion des ventes virtuelles ou sur le terrain dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
- Capacité à voyager au niveau national, environ 40 % du temps.
- Bilingue anglais / français (oral et écrit) pour interagir avec des clients francophones et gérer les performances des représentants sur un territoire francophone.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de présentation et de communication (orale et écrite).
- Une expérience d’accompagnement ou de mentorat est un atout.
- Une expérience préalable de la gestion de clients ou de projets est un atout majeur.
- Capacité avérée à atteindre et à dépasser les objectifs de vente afin de réaliser les objectifs annuels.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.
- Sens aigu des affaires et compétences analytiques ; aisance à travailler avec des données et à les interpréter.
- Orientation vers les solutions, ingéniosité et compétences avérées en matière de résolution de problèmes.
- Esprit d’équipe, capacité à collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Solide connaissance de Microsoft Office et des technologies de l’information.
